Shipping Policy
Thank you for your order! Here’s everything you need to know about how we process and ship your custom products.
Order Processing Time
Because every item is custom-made just for you, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Method
All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage within the United States. USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
Total estimated delivery time: 4–9 business days from the date of your order (2–4 days production + 2–5 days shipping).
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at usps.com.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at 2311creativeworks@gmail.com.
Shipping Delays
Once a package has been handed off to USPS, delivery timeframes are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• USPS service delays or disruptions
• Severe weather or natural disasters
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
• Holiday volume surges
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local USPS office. If you are still unable to locate your order, contact us at 2311creativeworks@gmail.com and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at 2311creativeworks@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to make a correction before your order enters production.
